Cancellations and Refunds

• Grocery Delivery: Cancellations are allowed before the order is dispatched. Refunds are subject to the store’s policy.

• Parcel Courier: Cancellations are allowed before the parcel is picked up. No refunds after pickup.
• Taxi Service: Cancellations can be made before the driver arrives. Cancellation fees may apply.
